Too frequently, we quit too early. I know this is true for me when my #mind and #body are not in sync. Not #energetic. No “fire in the belly” #passion.

When I find myself “stuck” in this mode, I rest. I take a #nap, I #unwind or I straight up head to bed early. And when I wake up (usually most #productive in the #morning), I feel so rejuvenated and focused. And its then that I make the changes that’s needed. I am trying to be more intentional about this so I do not react emotionally but more so rationally. That my decisions are not impulsive, but have been thought out.

So do yourself a favor and #rest my Beautiful Friend.
